Trip to the Nursery

It is time to expand the variety of plants on our homestead! Our goal is to grow and harvest a wide array of fruits and vegetables suitable for our zone 9A. Warren discovered a local nursery in town, prompting us to embark on a field trip. At the nursery, we had the pleasure of meeting a kind elderly gentleman renowned for his exceptional peach trees, said to yield lots of incredibly sweet fruit. Along with a peach tree, we also selected a mulberry tree and two pear trees. The thought of watching them grow and flourish on our land fills us with excitement and anticipation. I can’t wait to get these in the ground and watch them grow!
